BMW i7 PRE-ORDER

What is the i7 pre-order?

The pre-order secures your place in line to submit a vehicle purchase order. When we reach your place in line, you will be contacted by your selected dealer to configure your i7 and submit your purchase order. This is expected to occur in summer 2022.

Is the pre-order fee refundable?

Yes, the pre-order fee of $1,500 is fully refundable. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact your selected BMW Center and provide your pre-order Confirmation Number provided in the Confirmation email you received.

How do I pre-order a BMW i7?

You can place your pre-order through the BMW Online Shop in 3 easy steps:

1. Choose your BMW Center

2. Enter your contact information

3. Select your preferred method of payment and check out.

You will receive a confirmation email with your Confirmation Number and your selected BMW Center will contact you this upcoming summer 2022 to configure your vehicle and provide more information about delivery time.

When will I receive my i7?

Delivery times may vary dependent on when your pre-order was placed and when your vehicle has been configured with your selected BMW Center as of summer 2022. Deliveries of the 2023 i7 xDrive60 start in early 2023. Delivery of later pre-orders to start as of summer 2023, and due to limited availability of the 2023 i7 xDrive60, later orders may receive a 2024 i7 xDrive60 at a price not yet determined, but which may differ from the pricing offered for the 2023 model. Your configuration, trim, and option selections will influence the delivery time of your vehicle, and your BMW Center will provide delivery and timing updates throughout the process.

Did my i7 pre-order go through?

Upon pre-ordering the i7, you will receive an email with your Confirmation Number. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact your BMW Center.

Which incentives does the i7 qualify for?

Owning the First-Ever BMW i7 may qualify you for a federal tax credit of up to $7,500, in addition to other state incentives such as rebates, tax credits, and grants. If you are a current BMW Financial Services customer, please contact your BMW Center for special loyalty offers for the BMW i7.

Where can I find my pre-order Confirmation Number?

Upon pre-ordering the i7, you will receive an email with your Confirmation Number. If you didn’t receive an email, please contact your BMW Center.

Can I switch my pre-order to a different BMW Center?

If you wish to move your pre-order to a different BMW Center, please cancel your original pre-order and order again from the preferred BMW Center.

Why am I receiving a failed order message?

If you received a failed order message upon placing your pre-order, please refresh the page and try again or choose a different payment method. If it is still not working, please contact your BMW Center for further assistance.
