Welcome to the BMW Vehicle Reservation Program ("Reservation Program"). Before you order your vehicle under this program, you must carefully review the Terms.

• The reservation is NOT a vehicle purchase. It is a deposit payment that is tied to an early production slot for the BMW iX3 on a first come first serve basis.  The reservation secures your approximate priority for taking delivery of your vehicle. Participation in the Reservation Program does not guarantee a specific vehicle delivery date as delivery dates also depend on the vehicle configuration and production date of the vehicle. Deliveries of the iX3 start in fall 2026. Your reservation does NOT guarantee a set price for the Vehicle. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DEALER SETS THE ACTUAL PRICE WHICH MAY DIFFER FROM THE MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (“MSRP”). The MSRP does not include taxes, title, transportation, other options and other dealer fees and charges.
  
  
• In order to complete the Reservation Process, you will be required to:
  
  
  1. Select a participating Dealer from which to purchase the Vehicle.
  2. Configure the Vehicle, then confirm build, pricing and financing with the Dealer (there is no guarantee that your vehicle as you built it on BMWUSA.com will be the build the dealer can reserve for you).
  3. Pay a refundable deposit of $1,000 ("Reservation Deposit") via the payment link you will receive from Stripe.
      
• Under the Reservation Program, after your order has been confirmed  you may either purchase, finance, or lease the Vehicle from the Dealer.
  
  
• The Reservation Program does NOT require you to complete a vehicle purchase, finance, or lease. If you change your mind, you may cancel your reservation by following the process outlined below under the "RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS" section.
  
  
• If you wish to change your selected Dealer after placing your reservation, the reservation must be cancelled with the original Dealer and a new reservation or order must be placed through the Reservation Program or regular ordering process.
  
  
• Reservation Program eligibility requirements are below:
  
  
  1. The Reservation Program is available only to individuals residing in the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
     
  2. The Reservation Program is available to businesses or corporate entities provided that you can validate your ownership of, or employment by, the relevant business or corporate entity upon BMW NA’s request.
     
  3. Vehicles must be purchased from and delivered through an authorized, participating BMW Dealer in the United States.
  4. Only one reservation per customer is permitted and a maximum of two per household is permitted.  A reservation may be transferred within a household provided you can provide adequate proof, as determined by BMW NA, in its sole discretion, that the  reservation holder and the transferee are part of the same household.
  5. Employees of BMW NA, its affiliates, agencies, and dealers, and each of their respective family members, are not eligible to participate in the Reservation Program.
  6. If BMW NA determines that a reservation has been placed by a non-eligible person or entity, then BMW NA reserves the right to cancel the Reservation and cancel shipment of the Vehicle. The Vehicle will then be made available to the next individual who has completed the Reservation Process and who has a similarly configured vehicle.
