Diplomats with the following visa classifications are eligible to participate:

Foreign diplomats qualify if their VISA classification is: 

• A1, A2 
• G1, G2, G3, G4 
• NATO 1, NATO 2, NATO 3, NATO 4

Note: E1 Visas do not qualify

U.S. diplomats qualify if:  

• Their passport number begins with “9”.  
• Their passport number begins with “8” and is accompanied by a letter on official letterhead verifying their employment. 

Members of International Organizations: 

• Must possess a laissez-passer service pass issued by the United Nations.
• A letter from the mission or proof of assignment from the International Organization must accompany the request.

In order to participate in the U.S. BMW Diplomatic Sales program, you will need to present the following documents to your local BMW Center: 

• Visa
• Passport / laissez-passer
• Letter of Employment Verification (if applicable)

Your visa, passport, or laissez-passer must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after retail delivery.
