What is the BMW Corporate Fleet Program?

The BMW Corporate Fleet Program is a program tailored to the needs of companies that operate a corporate vehicle fleet. Eligible companies enjoy the many benefits of the BMW Corporate Fleet Program.

Does BMW make sense for my fleet?

Many companies successfully use BMW vehicles for their management, sales, service, or award fleet. With a competitive Total Cost of Ownership cost, a premium model lineup, and a variety of dedicated services, BMW Corporate Fleet provides benefits and options that could be a good fit for your team. If you are reaching out as a representative on behalf of your company and are interested in incentives for a fleet size of 15 vehicles or more, please contact us.

What is required to enroll into the BMW Corporate Fleet Program?

Enrollment is easy. You only need to provide your contact information below and a BMW Fleet representative will contact you with enrollment details. Upon enrollment, you will be issued a BMW Corporate Fleet Account Number that will provide you access to all BMW Fleet benefits.

Do I need to work with a Fleet Management Company to use the BMW Corporate Fleet Program?

While BMW partners with all major U.S. Fleet Management Companies and many regional lessors, this program is also available to corporations that self-fund or self-manage their fleet. Contact us for more information about our offerings and programs.

Can I make use of the BMW Corporate Fleet Program benefits if I finance my company car fleet through BMW Financial Services?

Unfortunately, our program only applies to vehicles funded through your partnering fleet management or leasing company or your own source of funding. Leasing or Financing through BMW Financial Services is not possible when utilizing this program.

What vehicles are eligible for BMW Corporate Fleet incentives?

We offer incentives on most new BMW models for the current model year. Contact us for more details.

Can I combine the BMW Corporate Fleet incentive with other offers?

Unfortunately, the BMW Corporate Fleet incentive cannot be combined with any other offers or programs.

Does BMW offer electrified vehicle options for fleets?

Yes, BMW offers both plug-in hybrids and all-electric vehicles.

Are BMW Corporate Fleet incentives applicable to out-of-stock purchases?

Yes, after issuance of a BMW Corporate Fleet Account number, you are free to choose whether you would like to purchase new vehicles from dealer stock, or factory-order vehicles through your fleet management company or the BMW Corporate Fleet team.

What order-to-delivery times does BMW offer on factory-ordered vehicles?

Our lead times vary depending on the location of our assembly plants. With a plant in both Mexico and South Carolina, we offer competitive order-to-delivery times on most fleet models.

Are there offers available for small fleets and small businesses?

BMW offers a small business fleet program for businesses that have at least three fleet vehicles of any make registered in their company’s name and can provide their own source of funding. Enrollment is not required. Locate a BMW Center for more information.
