Yes, the pre-order fee of $5,000 is fully refundable. If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact your selected BMW Center and provide your pre-order Confirmation Number provided in the Confirmation email you received.

You can place your pre-order in 3 easy steps:

2. Enter your contact information
3. Select your preferred method of payment and check out.

You will receive a confirmation email with your Confirmation Number and your selected BMW Center will contact you as of January 2023 to configure your vehicle and provide more information about delivery time.

Deliveries of the XM start in April 2023. Delivery times may vary dependent on when your pre-order was placed and when your vehicle has been configured with your selected BMW Center. Your configuration, trim and option selections will influence the delivery time of your vehicle, and your BMW Center will provide delivery and timing updates throughout the process.

The BMW XM Label Red will be the first of a series of BMW XM Label models, each available for a limited period of time. Production of the BMW XM Label Red is expected to begin in the late Summer of 2023. Details on how to order yours will be available at a later date.
