BMW Championship

BMW Championship
September 17-20, 2015
Conway Farms Golf Club (Lake Forest, IL)

The BMW Championship is the penultimate event of the PGA TOUR's FedExCup Playoffs. Carrying on a rich tradition that began in 1899 with the Western Golf Association's first tournament, the BMW Championship is the centerpiece of BMW's continued partnership with the PGA TOUR and the WGA, and we are proud to include this tournament to the long list of golf events bearing our name around the world.

Named Tournament of the Year by the PGA TOUR for the third consecutive year in 2014, the 2015 BMW Championship heads back to Chicago and Conway Farms Golf Club to continue this tradition of excellence. The top 70 golfers in the world, including Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Rickie Fowler and defending champion, Billy Horschel, are expected to compete for what promises to be one of the most exciting golf events of the year. NBC and Golf Channel will carry the live broadcast of the 2015 BMW Championship.

Evans Scholars Foundation

We're also proud to continue our support of the Western Golf Association and Evans Scholars Foundation which receives 100% of the net tournament proceeds from the BMW Championship to fund college scholarships for deserving young caddies. Established in 1930, the Evans Scholars Foundation has provided college educations to more than over 10,000 caddies by making tuition-scholarship payments totaling more than $320 million. Currently, over 870 caddies benefit from Evans Scholarships, and BMW is proud to play a significant role in the program's success. The BMW Championship has raised over $19 million for the Evans Scholars Foundation since the tournament's inception in 2007. Additionally, should a player hit a hole in one during tournament play at the BMW Championship, BMW will award a four-year scholarship to a deserving Evans Scholar in that player's name.
